Operating Procedures
In accordance with the Board’s operating procedures, there shall be no opportunity for public comment at these meetings, unless otherwise indicated.
Pursuant to Section 2.2-3708.2(D)(6) of the Freedom of Information Act the public body shall make available to the public at any meeting conducted in accordance with this subsection a public comment form prepared by the Virginia Freedom of Information Advisory Council in accordance with §30-179. There will be a public comment period at the beginning of the full board meeting on September 15.
