Lori Jennings launched her tech career with industry leaders like EMC and Cisco, later leading sales at a regional data consulting firm. There, she discovered a passion for recruitment, inspiring her to found Jennings ProSearch in 2008, specializing in placing high-demand senior technical to executive level talent. Lori advises mid-market companies, consulting firms, private equity, and startups to secure exceptional technical leaders.

She is deeply engaged in the tech and business community, serving on the boards of rvatech, the Association for Corporate Growth Richmond, and VCU’s Information Systems Advisory Board. In 2024, she was appointed to Governor Youngkin’s AI Task Force to advise on AI policy in Virginia.

Lori holds a B.S. in Marketing from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) and an M.B.A. from Virginia Commonwealth University.
